What We Do

Our Tennessee Honey is always raw, fresh, and straight from our own beehives. This local honey is produced from nearly 100 hives across the Middle Tennessee Region.

We are proud to do all our own beekeeping to provide you with the highest quality delicious honey!

We offer nearly a dozen different varieties of pepper jelly in multiple different levels of heat.

From Sweet Peppers to the *Hottest* of Ghost Peppers, we promise we can provide you with delicious pepper jelly that everyone will enjoy!

All of our organic peppers are grown the way Mother Nature intended plants to grow! We use no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or artificial growth hormones.

We waste none of the hard work our bees put in! Everything is put to good use.

From clean burning beeswax candles, to balms and ointments, to high quality wood polishes, we ensure that every part of the honey making process is collected, triple filtered, and formed to provide the highest quality products for everyday use.

In 1979, Albert and Elsie Buhaly chose this farm in part because of the iconic “See Rock City” barn, originally painted in 1959.

In the time since they arrived in Tennessee, the farm has transformed many times. From cattle and sheep, to peppers and honey bees, we are proud of what we have accomplished and look forward to sharing this journey with all who enjoy good friends, good family, and good food!
